Kids Registration Form
(ALL DETAILS MUST BE COMPLETED)
Each Term includes 10 Sessions every Wednesday for 10 weeks from 5:30- 6:30 PM. Kids will have opportunity to participate in an occasional tournaments. No extra fees for tournament participation.
